Projectability - Terms of Trade

Projectability reserves the right to charge a fee for cancellation or rescheduling of courses as follows:

•    For cancellations or rescheduling of courses made 14 calendar days or more prior to the first course date. No cancellation fee will be levied.

•    For cancellations or rescheduling of courses made less than 14 calendar days prior to the first course date. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of the training course(s) involved will be levied.

•    For cancellations or rescheduling of courses made less than 7 calendar days prior to the first course date. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the training course(s) involved will be levied.

•    For cancellations or rescheduling of courses made less than 2 calendar days prior to the first course date. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the training course(s) involved will be levied.

•    If  rescheduled courses are either re-scheduled again or cancelled. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the training course(s) involved will be levied.

•    In cases where third party facilities are being arranged on behalf of the client by Projectability a minimum of 14 calendar days notice is required to cancel the facility without charge. Cancellation within 14 calendar days of the scheduled course will result in the full cost of the training facility being chargeable.
