Course Details

PRINCE2 (Projects IN a Controlled Environment) is a leading edge approach to managing projects. PRINCE has been the recommended way of managing projects for UK government IT projects since 1979. However its successful application has extended beyond both the public sector and the IT industry to estates management, aviation, pharmaceuticals, finance and other business sectors.

Version 2 offers a generic rather than IT/IS process which can be easily applied to a wide range of projects both large and small.
