Course Objectives

Participants will learn how to create realistic project plans and how to use the key features of Microsoft Office Project 2003 Professional to create project plans that model the complexities that can arise in any project of significance whilst complying with company standards/guidelines and providing key information for reporting and analysis purposes across the Enterprise. On completion of the course participants will have a full appreciation of the fundamentals.

Pre-Requisites

No prior knowledge of Microsoft Office Project Professional 2003 is required although a familiarity with basic use of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite of products is useful.
