Administering Project Server

Understanding the mechanics and operation of Project Server requires a unique blend of skills, some basic IT and SharePoint knowledge is beneficial allied to an appreciation of Project Management processes and how your organisation manages projects from inception to completion. 
Course Summary
 
Our course is intended for individuals who will be responsible for administering Microsoft Project Server 2010 or 2013 within an Enterprise Environment. The course works through all administrative elements contained within the Server Settings section in Microsoft Project Web App 2010 or 2013 as well as exploring how the tool can be used to support effective project management within your organisation. 
Duration - 2 Days
Pre-requisites - ​Basic IT skills and some SharePoint knowledge allied to an understanding of Project processes is desirable.
Participants -Anyone wishing to Administer and Configure their instance of Project Server.
Course Objectives

On completion of this course participants will be confident in performing the Project Server Administrator role within their organisation, supporting day to day maintenance of the implementation as well as introducing enhancements to the configuration as required as a result of business requests.
